Integrate AI to help with tagging keywords

While the current rules functionality is useful for automatically tagging large numbers of keywords, by keyword type i.e. Branded, Non Branded, Competitor it's still time consuming to setup all of the branded and product terms, plus we can't be sure it's accurately tagged terms as non branded.
